Derrek is an investor and operating executive with deep industry experience across essential service industries, including HVAC, Commercial Docks & Doors, Pest Control, Event Rental, Pool Cleaning & Maintenance, and other route-based industries. Prior to founding Cypress Bay, Derrek was an investor at Trivest Partners, a leading private equity firm in the lower middle market, where he focused on executing control investments in fragmented industries and partnering with management to drive growth and value creation. Mr. Drozdyk began his career as an investment banker and graduated from the University of Florida.
